19^th Century America

At some point in the future (but don't hold your breath), this page will contain an essay on 19th century America. It will examine how our ancestors traveled from the ports of debarkation to Missouri, Ohio and other mid-western states. It will discuss settlement patterns, land ownership, citizenship and many other features of their lives in a new land.
