Father's name: Stephen Henry Borgmann; born in Germany. Mother's maiden name: Christine Fiegenbaum; born in Germany. Died at 5:00 p.m. on 11 January 1926 in Charette [sic] Township, Warren County, Missouri at the age of 80 years, 4 months, 14 days. Her usual residence was not reported. She was a widow at the time of death; spouse had been "J. F. Luetkemeyer." Her usual occupation was "House work." Cause of death was "Chronic valvular heart disease" (8 years duration). Contributory cause of death was "Influenza & Chronic Nephritis Obesity" (duration not reported). Disease was contracted "at place of death." There was no operation prior to death. There was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed by "Physical diagnosis." Burial was to be on 15 January 1926 in "[Home?] Cemetery." The funeral director was Fred W. Lichtenberg, of Marthasville, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Edwin Foeller, of Marthasville, Missouri. Benjamin Brandt, M.D., of Floristell, had attended the deceased from 26 December 1925 to 11 January 1926 and signed the death certificate. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 14 January 1926.

The second entry on page 218 notes: "On the 24th of February last I have joined in marriage Stephen Henry Borgmann and Christina Elisabeth Fiegenbaum as witness my hand this 5th of April 1842." Signed by "H. Garlichs Minister of the Gospel." The record of the marriage was filed on 15 April 1843. According to the entries on this page, Rev. Garlichs performed two weddings on 24 February.
