Mother's maiden name: Mathilda Schneider [sic]. Died at 2:15 p.m. on 13 October 1956 at 1023 Highland, Lexington, Lafayette County, Missouri at the age of 78 years, 1 month, 22 days. His usual residence was 1023 Highland, Lexington, Lafayette County, Missouri; he had lived in the community for 45 years. He was married at the time of death to "Minnie Luehrmann." He had been a farmer. He had not served in the U.S. armed forces. He had no social security number. Cause of death was renal failure (1 week), due to "Chronic pyelonephritis" (1 year duration), due to "Benign hypertrophy of prostate" (10 years). Other sifnificant conditions were "Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease" (10 years duration). There was no autopsy. Burial was to be 15 October 1956 in "Machpelah Cemetery" at Lexington, Missouri. Harald L. Waller, of Lexington, Missouri, was the funeral director. Personal information was provided by Mrs. Minnie Knapheide, of 1023 Highland, Lexington, Missouri. Joe W. Waidard, MD, of Lexington, Missouri, had attended the deceased from 13 October 1956 to 13 October 1956 and signed the death certificate on 17 October 1956. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 19 October 1956.
