The death was described as a suicide occuring at home on 18 October 1957 at 2:00 a.m. Burial was to be 20 October 1957 at [Morgan?] Memorial Park, at Advance, Missouri. William H. Morgan, of Advance, Missouri, was the funeral director. Personal information was provided by Elvara Tilley, of Advance, Missouri. March [Walters?], Coroner, of Dexter, Missouri, attended the deceased and signed the death certificate on 22 October 1957. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 24 October 1957.
