           "In 1864 Mr. and Mrs. Chaney [i.e., George Chaney and Josephine (Lutz) Charpentier] migrated to Missouri, and spent their remaining days in St. Joseph."
           George and Josephine had been married sometime about or after 1853 at Wheeling, West Virginia.
