Died at 6:[1?]0 p.m. on 12 September 1946 in rural Truxton, Lincoln County, Missouri at the age of 36 years, 4 months, 15 days. His usual residence was rural Truxton, Lincoln County, Missouri. He had lived in the community all his life. He was married; the name of the spouse was not recorded ; her age was 32 years. His usual occupation was a farmer. He had not served in the U.S. armed forces. He had no social security number. Immediate cause of death was "Pulmonary Tuberculosis" (since 1944). Burial was to be 15 September 1946 in "Truxton Cemetery." The funeral director was Cl[---] [A?----]d, Jr. of Mexico, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Mrs. W. F. Boehmer, of Truxton, Missouri. A. H. Van Arsdale, D.O., of Montgomery City, Missouri, had attended the deceased from November 1944 to 12 September 1946 and signed the death certificate on 13 September 1946. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 17 September 1946.
