A white, male born on 22 December 1922 at Lexington, Missouri. Father's name: George Knapheide. Mother's maiden name: Minnie Leuhrman. Died at 4:30 P.M. on 14 November 1966 at Lexington Memorial Hospital, Lexington, Lafayette County, Missouri (inside limits) at the age of 43 years. Length of stay in Lexington, where death occurred: 10 minutes. His usual residence was 76 Park Plaza, Lexington, Lafayette County, Missouri (inside limits; not on a farm). He was married at the time of death to "Frances M. Knapheide." His usual occupation was "Foreman" in an "Arsenal." He had served in the U.S. armed forces during World War II. He had social security number 489-24-1337. Immediate cause of death was "natural causes Hemorrhage from gastric ulcer??" (15-30 minutes duration). Due to "severe Chest pain shock & [considerable?] blood from [mouth?]." Other significant conditions were "Shocks & hemorrhage." An autopsy was not performed. No injury was observed. Burial was to be on 17 November 1966 in "Machpelah Cemetery" at Lexington, Missouri. The funeral director was Vaughn-Walker, of Lexington, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Mrs. Frances Knapheide, of Lexington, Missouri. M. Martin, M.D., a coroner, of Odessa, Missouri, had attended the deceased after death on 14 November 1966, had never seen him alive, and signed the death certificate on 14 November 1966. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 14 November 1966.
