The germ of the idea that is responsible for the present version of this web site (new in July 2012) envisioned a source for more than only genealogical history. That more expansive notion is still alive, but it resides almost exclusively in the hazy and shadowed background. When it shall stand on its own two feet and move forward into the light is anyone's guess.

In the meantime, I have been hard at work on the section devoted to family genealogy. That pursuit requires huge amounts of time, but there is constantly more work to do. Some of the effort is devoted to correcting past errors; some is spent making forward progress.

Even though portions of this web site are not yet complete, I hope that you will find your visit here rewarding and that you will return soon.
