Greg Begemann's great-grandparents, Johann Dietrich Begemann and Caroline Wehking, were married on 7 December 1876. Johann Dietrich Begemann and Karl August Begemann were brothers who married sisters, Caroline Wehking and Wilhelmine Wehking.
