"Stoenner," submitted by JoAnn Stoenner Lenger. "Casper Heinrich Stoenner (1811-1883) was born in Hanover, Germany. He came to St. Louis, MO in 1842 with his wife, Katharina Maria Schlienkamp (1841 [sic] - 1863), his father Diedrich Friedrich Stoenner (1785-1861), and two half-brothers, Diedrich Wilhelm (1819-1899) and Frank Diedrich (1828-1913)." It has been assumed that both Casper's mother and step-mother died in Hanover before the family emigrated. This needs to be confirmed.
