He has spent 47 years in this occupation and had last worked in it in June 1933. Cause of death was "Heart Disease; Coronary Thrombosis." Contributory cause of death was "Carcinoma of Prostate." There was no operation prior to death. Burial, cremation, or removal was to be on 21 December 1933 at or to Holstein, Missouri. The undertaker was Albert H. Hoppe, of 429 N. Euclid. Personal information was provided by Mrs. A. Brueggenjohann, of Holstein, Missouri. Jno. R. Caulk, M.D., of University Club Bldg., had attended the deceased from 4 December 1933 to 17 December 1933 and signed the death certificate (no date recorded).
