Her usual residence was 2202 West Walnut, Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri (inside limits; not on a farm). She was widowed at the time of death; her spouse was D. W. Walters. Her usual occupation was "Ret. House wife (O.A.P.)." She had no social security number. She was a citizen of the U.S.A. Immediate cause of death was "Cancer of Colon" (time of onset not recorded).
