Writing about Anna Katherine Elizabeth Dammerman, the Hilgemann's reported: "Her mother's maiden name was Aufterheide. Her mother married a second husband named Sitloh. ... Her mother became ill and died while they were coming across the Atlantic Ocean and was buried in the Ocean."
The Hilgemanns had given the same information in a document shared in 1993.
