Mother's maiden name: Caroline Langenduerfer; born at Hermann, Mo. She was married to "Louis Oberwortmann." Her usual occupation was "Housewife."            Notes: The day of birth written on the death certificate is not clear. It can be interpreted as either 20 or 30. The place of burial is very difficult to decipher. I believe "Farm" is a possibility. The signature of the undertaker is actually the name of Annie's husband. He may have added his signature to the wrong place on the form. Judging from the handwriting, it seems likely that he is not the person who recorded the "Personal and Statistical Particulars" on the certificate.
