Immediate cause of death was "Renal Failure - Uremia" (10 days duration). Due to "Multiple Myeloma" (3 and half years duration). And due to "Pemphigus" (6 months duration). An autopsy was not performed. Burial was to be on 19 July 1960 in "Memorial Park" at Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The funeral director was Brinkopf Howell, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Personal information was provided by "Mrs. Lucille Heath," of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Milton [Shoss?], M.D., of 937 Broadway, [Cape Girardeau?], Missouri, had attended the deceased from 1957 to 16 July 1960, had last seen him alive on the morning of 16 July 1960, and signed the death certificate on 18 July 1960. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 20 July 1960.
