Mother's maiden name: Swann; born in Tennessee. Died at 7:00 a.m. on 27 April 1931 in Monroe Township, Nodaway County, Missouri at the age of 88 years, 4 months, 28 days. Her usual residence was not recorded. She was widowed at the time of death; her husband had been "Cornetius [sic] Hoblitzell." Her usual occupation was "housewife." Cause of death was "Acute Indigestion" (4 days duration). Contributory cause of death was "Arteriosclerosis" (5 years duration). There was no operation prior to death. There was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed by clinical test. Burial, cremation, or removal was to be on 28 April 1931 at Skidmore, Missouri. The undertaker was Price, F[irr?] Company, of Maryville, Missouri.
