Oberhelman," of Holstein, Warren County, Missouri, swearing that he was 25 years of age, and that "Lola Zumwalt" was 25 years of age, and that both were single, unmarried and lawfully able to marry. Signed by "Otto H. Knapheide" on 8 April 1914.
Affidavit of Female: "Emma M. Oberhelman" swore that she was the person named in the above application for a marriage license, and that she was 25 years of age, and that she was single, unmarried and lawfully able to marry. Signed by "Emma Oberhelman" on 8 April 1914.
The statements in the marriage license application were sworn to before and the application was signed by "H. A. Oberhelman, Justice of the Peace." This is probably Emma M. Oberhelman's father.
