Father's name: Johann Adolph Scheppman. Mother's maiden name: Sophia Wilhelmina Rediker. Died at 6:00 a.m. on 4 October 1956 at St. Francis Hospital, Washington, Franklin County, Missouri after a stay of 6 days at the age of 71 years. Her usual residence was on a farm; R.R. 1, Truxton, Lincoln County, Missouri. She was married at the time of death. Her usual occupation was "Housewife" in her own home. She had not served in the U.S. armed forces. She had no social security number. Immediate cause of death was "Chr. Cardio-Vascular Disease." Other significant conditions were "1. Chr. Arthritis. 2. Senility. 3. Malnutrition." No autopsy was performed. Burial was to be 6 October 1956 in "Zion Meth. Church" cemetery at Truxton, Missouri. The funeral director was F. W. Nieburg & Company, of Warrenton, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Florence E. Winter, of Truxton, Missouri. H. Walter Eyermann, M.D., of Warrenton, Missouri, had attended the deceased from 6 July 1954 to 4 October 1956 and signed the death certificate on 5 October 1956. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 6 October 1956.
